    GH4169 is a Ni-Cr-Fe based precipitation hardening deformable superalloy with a long-term operating temperature range of -253℃~650℃ and a short-term operating temperature of up to 800℃. Below 650℃, the alloy exhibits high strength and excellent fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, as well as good processability, weldability, and long-term microstructure stability. It is suitable for manufacturing turbine disks, rings, blades, shafts, fasteners, elastic elements, plate structural components, casings, etc., in the aerospace, nuclear energy, and petrochemical industries.

    Alloys are divided into ordinary and high-quality categories based on composition. High-quality GH4169 alloys have stricter control over carbon, niobium, sulfur, and gas content, mainly used in the manufacture of various rotating parts; based on manufacturing processes, they are divided into standard, high-strength, and direct aging categories. Among them, high-strength and direct aging are used for high-quality GH4169 alloy forgings, with the hot deformation temperature decreasing accordingly, the average grain size of the forgings is refined sequentially, and the strength increases sequentially, meeting the application requirements of different rotating parts in aero-engines.
