GH3030 is a solid solution strengthened superalloy with a simple chemical composition. Below 800℃, it exhibits satisfactory hot strength and high plasticity, as well as good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, cold stamping and welding process performance. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is a single-phase austenite with stable microstructure during use. It can withstand large stresses for a long time in high-temperature (600 ~ 1100℃) oxidizing atmospheres and under combustion gas corrosion conditions. It is used to manufacture hot-end components for aerospace engines and high-temperature corrosion-resistant materials required by industrial gas turbines, energy, and chemical industries.
